Casual Ballerz stands as a beacon of hope and transformation for young minds. As a not-for-profit community interest company, our core mission is the holistic development of our youth. Every year, we touch the lives of up to 1,000 young individuals, through immersive sessions and school mentorships. Positioned at the forefront of youth development in London, we pride ourselves on pioneering top-tier developmental programs. Central to our ethos are the 7 foundational life skills: Respect, Effort, Leadership, Self-Direction, Self-Discipline, Contribution, and Transference.
Our unique approach is deeply rooted in the rich academic tapestry Ashley explored during his master's studies. Drawing inspiration from the globally-respected Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility (TPSR) model—crafted over half a century ago by the visionary Don Hellison in Chicago—we're proud to be the sole torchbearers of this transformative methodology in the UK. TPSR has garnered admiration and implementation in thousands of programs worldwide, and we're thrilled to bring its power to our shores.
